Beginning 10/01/2016 providers participating in Humana's PPO network will automatically become participating providers for the Humana Federal Advantage Plan. Providers will now have access to patients they previously did not have access to as these plans are for in network providers only. The plan will also reimburse you based on your current contracted Humana fee schedule. There is an option to opt out of this plan, at this time it is not required that your office participates. Please see attached a letter from Humana for more detailed information.
